Can I return the tiles, for any reason?

Yes, If you have any unused tiles after your installation, you may return them to our location for a refund. Please ensure that the tiles are in their original condition. In the event of any irreparable damage, our representative will assess the situation and provide you with the appropriate next steps.

Can I order a sample before making a large purchase?

We currently do not offer sample orders. However, we encourage you to visit our store, where you can view our full range of tiles in person.

What is the delivery time for Innovate Tiles?

Depending on your location, our representative will let you know the ETA (Shipping is available within Bengaluru).
