1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We provide our own shipping service for deliveries within the limits of Bangalore city. The estimated delivery time (ETA) is based on your location. Our representative will provide you with the delivery details upon order confirmation.
If you prefer to use your own shipping service, you are welcome to do so. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damaged products if you choose this option.

3. Shipping Charges

Our representative will inform you of the shipping charges, once you have placed the order. This will also include unloading fees.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

5. National Shipping

We currently do not offer national shipping. We only ship within Bengaluru.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

According to our company policy, We request you to check and receive the material. In case of any broken tiles please raise the complaints to us immediately. Please Note: we understand that there may be minor damages during shipping and unloading. Small damages will not be considered for claims. Our representative will assess any reported damages and inform you of the next steps.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return and Inspection Policy for information on returning unused tiles.
